RCM Training Course

Business course will be offered on September 13-14, 2005 during NAHC Annual Conference.  The history course gives the candidate a historical perspective of how this industry was born and grew in the United States.  The course discusses the work of the Rochdale pioneers who are recognized as the founders of cooperative principles by their creation of the first cooperative on Toad Lane in Rochdale, England.  The course examines significant government and non-government initiatives and their impact on the cooperative housing industry.  Form New York to California, housing cooperatives have an exciting and distinctly American story to tell.
