Our quarterly newsletter features timely articles for and about housing cooperatives. Distribution is more than 2,000 housing cooperative board of directors, association members, as well as professional firms and individuals who support doing business with housing cooperatives. The decisions made by housing cooperative boards of directors affect the procurement of goods and services purchased by over 300,000 units of cooperative housing. The Cooperative Housing Bulletin was rated by members as the number one membership benefit. Annual Conference Program Book 
       Our Annual Conference Program publication for attendees provides an overview and schedule of conference activities. Distribution is approximately 600-700 participants. Special advertising positions are available on a first-come, first-served basis for the program book.  (Closing date for Conference Program: To be announced.) Run a full page ad in both publications and receive 10% off!

Mechanical Requirements 
      Trim size of all publications is 9 1/2"(w) x 11"(h). Print area is 7 1/4"(w) x 10"(h).  No bleeds.  Ads should be submitted fully press-ready or camera-ready. Negatives are preferred--right reading, emulsion side down.  Camera-ready positives are also acceptable. Halftones should be 133 or 150 line screens. If you are buying a two-color ad, please provide it as separated negatives or separated positives ready for press. Full page 100% reverse ads are subject to extra charge.

      All advertising is subject to NAHC's approval. No cancellations or changes will be accepted after the closing date for the publication in which the ad will appear. All insertion orders are subject to the provisions of our current rate card.  Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates under existing contracts will be protected.
   
  NAHC will not accept any ad that is apparently false, misleading, in bad taste, or offensive. We will not publish ads that conflict with the mission and goals of the association. Positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of NAHC except where a request for a specific preferred position is agreed to by NAHC (subject to an additional surcharge). Special positions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. NAHC reserves the right to refuse, cancel or omit any ad at any time and for any reason.
