Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors will receive a complimentary mailing list of attendees after the Conference that can help you solidify new and existing relationships.

Company listing in the Conference Program

       The pre-Conference issue of the Cooperative Housing Bulletin (CHB), NAHC’s bi-monthly newsletter with a circulation of over 2,500, will feature the 2007 Annual Conference. Any Exhibitor that would like to be listed must register with payment to reserve their spot by July 27, 2007.

 Exhibitor registration (entitles one representative at the exhibit table and  conference, additional personnel may be registered for an additional $150 each)

 Company listing in Conference Program (While the Program is intended primarily as a resource for conference participants, it also serves as an important networking tool and reference book.)

Exhibit Registration

Each person participating as an Exhibitor or visiting the Exhibit Hall will be required to provide us with registration information and wear the official NAHC Conference badge. Exhibitors must reserve a space in advance and check in at the Conference registration desk upon arrival.  Table area assignments will be made on a first-paid basis. To be included in Conference Program, payment must be received in full by August 24, 2007. Please make check or money order payable to NAHC. Confirmation of your space location and a finalized schedule will be mailed to you by September 4, 2007. Cancellations must be made before August 24, 2007.

Instructions

Read the Official Rules & Regulations section found in the Exhibition and Sponsorship Prospectus. Then complete this form in full and return to NAHC with payment by August 24, 2007. Space will be assigned upon availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please copy the application form found in the Exhibition and Sponsorship Prospectus and return original to NAHC. Keep a copy for your files. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your application.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserve immediately for this exclusive opportunity!

Sponsors will gain visibility at special functions and make a lasting impression on the Conference attendees.  Below is a brief list and description of sponsorship opportunities.

NAHC Annual Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

 Awards Luncheon      $4,000
     
Your logo on a multimedia presentation during the luncheon, acknowledgement in the pre-conference newsletter, special thanks in conference program, recognition on NAHC's website, and announcement of appreciation at the opening general session.

 

  Conference              $2,000 Resource Manual     

300 copies of publications from all trainers’ workshop materials with your own back cover ad, acknowledgement in pre-conference newsletter, special thanks in the conference program, recognition on NAHC's web site, and announcement of appreciation at the opening general session.

Refreshment Break  $1,000 

One-hour coffee break in the Exhibit area, acknowledgement in pre-conference newsletter, special thanks in the conference program, recognition on NAHC's web site, signage during the break, and announcement of appreciation at the opening general session.

 

 

Nametag Lanyards           $1,000


The lanyards are provided to all conference attendees, special thanks in the conference program, recognition on NAHC's web site, announcement of appreciation at the opening general session. Lanyards will be provided by the sponsoring company at cost. Subject to show management approval.

 

Ink Pens                      $700  

Pens with your logo to be included in every registrant’s tote bag, acknowledgement in pre-conference newsletter, special thanks in conference program, recognition on NAHC's web site, and announcement of appreciation at the opening general session. Pens will be provided by the sponsoring company at cost. Subject to show management approval.

 

  Conference Tote Bags   $2,500

Tote bags with your logo and the conference logo, acknowledgement in pre-conference newsletter, special thanks in conference program, recognition on NAHC's web site, announcement of appreciation at the opening general session. Conference attendees receive a tote bag with their registration.

Welcome Reception  $3,500

The reception will be held in the exhibit area. Your company name will be on all signage, acknowledgement in the pre-conference newsletter, special thanks in conference program, recognition on NAHC's web site, and announcement of appreciation at the opening general session.

  Conference Note Pads

$1,000

Note pads with your logo, to be included in every registrant’s tote bag, acknowledgement in the pre-conference newsletter, special thanks in the conference program, recognition on NAHC web site, and announcement of appreciation at the opening general session. Note pads will be provided by the sponsoring company at cost. Subject to show management approval.

Education Track  $1,500      (8 sponsorships available)

Sponsor one of the 8 educational tracks during the conference.
