Finding Professionals

There are many differences between cooperative housing and other forms of multihousing, and it's important to work with professionals who recognize the distinctions. Professionals that are members of NAHC understand the importance of keeping up to date on the issues that affect housing cooperatives.

As a service to its members, NAHC publishes an Online Directory of Professional Members in order to help members find professionals that specialize in co-op housing. The directory contains a listing of all professionals who are members of NAHC, including attorneys, accountants, property managers, and consultants. Members may order additional copies of the professional directory by contacting the NAHC office. These professionals have chosen to be listed on the NAHC website.
